Terms of Service

1. About these terms

buyauser is independently owned and operated. By accessing, registering, buying, or selling on this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data, and Governing law below for how these terms are enforced.

2. The marketplace & escrow

buyauser connects buyers and sellers of social media usernames. We act as an escrow intermediary: when a buyer checks out, payment is held until confirmed rather than sent to the seller directly. Releasing funds takes confirmation from both sides, inside the app: the seller confirms the handle or account has been handed over, and the buyer then confirms they actually received it. Only once both have confirmed do funds move to the seller.

If a buyer doesn't confirm receipt after the seller has confirmed the handoff, the seller can open a dispute for our team to review by hand - we may release the funds to the seller if the evidence supports it.

If something is wrong before that confirmation happens, coordinate with the seller in the order chat first. If it can't be resolved there, report the conversation - see Reviews, disputes & reports below. Payments are processed via NOWPayments in cryptocurrency.

3. Selling

Sellers are approved instantly at sign-up. You're responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for actually owning the handle or account you list. A seller must provide full, working access to a username or account - including its original creation email where applicable - before marking an order complete.

4. Special services: swaps, verification & recovery

Services such as handle swaps, unbans, and account verification or recovery carry risks outside our control - for example, a target username being claimed by a third party, platform rate limits, or automated security locks on the third-party platform. buyauser is an intermediary marketplace that holds payment until completion, not the platform the handle or account lives on.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from these services, including a lost username, a banned account, or a failed swap. If a paid service fails or turns out to be a scam, your sole remedy is a refund of the amount held for that order - not compensation for the handle or account's market value.

5. Fees

Listing usernames costs nothing - the platform fee only applies once a sale closes. Optional listing boosts are billed separately at a flat daily rate shown before purchase.

6. Staying on-platform

All deal discussion, credential handoff, and order coordination must happen inside buyauser's messaging system. We're not liable for losses or scams that happen over an outside channel (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, or similar).

Trying to avoid the platform fee by moving a deal off-platform is prohibited and can result in an immediate account ban and forfeiture of wallet balance.

Messages are automatically screened for attempts to move a deal or payment off-platform. A message that trips this filter won't send, and its content may be reviewed by buyauser to enforce this rule.

7. Account standards & enforcement

Violating these terms can result in a strike against your account. Strikes accumulate and escalate automatically into a temporary suspension, and eventually a permanent ban, the more of them you receive. buyauser may also suspend or terminate an account directly, independent of the strike system, for fraud, abuse, or a serious violation of these terms.

A "Verified seller" or "Developer" badge on a profile is informational only - it isn't a guarantee of that seller's reliability or a warranty against fraud.

8. Chat, credentials & your data

Messages you send through buyauser are encrypted before they're stored - but this isn't end-to-end encryption.

Once you receive a username or account, change its password, recovery email/phone, and any two-factor codes immediately. buyauser isn't responsible for an account compromised after a completed transfer.

9. Reviews, disputes & reports

A buyer who completed a purchase can leave a public star rating and optional written review on the seller's profile. Once posted, a review is permanent - you can't edit or delete it yourself. A seller who believes a review about them is false can dispute it; if we uphold the dispute, we hide the review, though the underlying record isn't deleted.

Either party to a conversation can report it for our review. We'll look at the thread and any evidence you provide - screen recordings, access logs, or transaction records help. Our decision on a reported dispute is final.

Refunds aren't automatic and aren't issued by reversing a payment - crypto payments can't be reversed. Where we determine a refund is owed, it's issued as wallet balance or another arrangement Support offers.

10. Payments & crypto accuracy

Purchases like listing boosts are final once activated.

Your wallet balance - whether from a completed sale, a top-up, or a transfer from another user - is yours to spend on further purchases or to withdraw. A withdrawal is a request, not an instant transfer: we review and process it to the payout method you provide, and may ask you to verify your identity or the destination first.

Deleting your account forfeits any wallet balance remaining at that time - it can't be withdrawn or refunded afterward. See the Privacy Policy for what account deletion does and doesn't erase.

Checking out without an account first only needs an email address - you confirm it by typing it twice before we send a sign-in link, but we're not responsible if you still enter the wrong one. An order tied to a mistyped email, or a sign-in link you never receive because of it, isn't grounds for a refund. If this happens to you, email lost@buyauser.com and we'll try to help you recover and confirm the order, but we can't guarantee it.

11. User-generated content

Listings go through review before they're published, but we can't review every message sent between users. Listings and messages reflect the views of the user who posted them, not buyauser's - we don't warrant their accuracy and aren't liable for user-generated content.

12. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, buyauser isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss - including lost handles, lost opportunity, lost data, or lost profits - arising from your use of the site.

13. Intellectual property & third-party links

buyauser's own designs, text, graphics, and code are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only - we don't endorse and aren't responsible for their content or availability.

14. Trademarks & platform non-affiliation

buyauser is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the social platforms usernames or services on this site relate to - currently:

• TikTok (ByteDance Ltd.)
• X (X Corp.)
• Snapchat (Snap Inc.)
• Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC)
• Discord (Discord Inc.)
• Kick (Kick Streaming Pty Ltd.)

- or any platform added later. Any platform names, logos, or trademarks referenced on this site are used only to identify or describe the listings they relate to, and remain the property of their respective owners. You're responsible for making sure your own listings and transactions comply with the terms of service of whatever platform they involve.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from your use of buyauser is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, and by using the site you agree to that jurisdiction and venue.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use buyauser after a change means you accept the update.
